Outlook Airport Transfers Terms and Conditions


We are licensed with Wiltshire Council as a private hire operator and conform to all of their requirements at all times.



All fares are calculated to be acceptable to both the customer and the company.  Customers will be quoted a price for their journey when making a reservation.



Acceptable forms of payment are cash, credit or debit cards (Visa and Mastercard only) and monthly account. Invoicing of monthly accounts will be made on the first day of the month following the date of the invoice. Payment in full is required within 30 days of the date of the invoice. We reserve the right to charge 5% per month interest on all outstanding invoices.



24 hours notice of cancellation is required, otherwise we reserve the right to levy the full cost of the fare.



Smoking, eating and drinking in any of our vehicles is prohibited at all times.

  1. Our drivers will conduct themselves in a safe and legal manner at all times and will not break the law to accommodate the requirements of any customer.
  2. We will not carry more passengers than the vehicle is licensed for.
  3. With the exception of Guide Dogs we do not carry animals.
  4. Collection of passengers at airports will be made in accordance with the airport operators requirements at all times. Passengers will be met in the arrivals hall. We do not collect passengers from drop off points
  5. For safety reasons all luggage must be stored in the boot
  6. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to customer’s luggage.



We reserve the right to impose a soiling charge of £100 as specified by Wiltshire Council
